Having established the context, the company formulates its goals, determines the external and internal parameters that must be taken into consideration when managing risks, and also sets the scale and risk criteria for risk acceptance and treating residual risks. 





Although many of these parameters are similar to those considered in risk assessment, when creating a context for the risk management process, they shall be considered in more detail, in particular, in their relation to the scope of a particular risk management process.

Business Continuity Plan

To ensure the consistent availability and delivery of its products and services, Infinity Technologies has developed the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) policy in support of a comprehensive program for BC, DR and overall business survivability. This policy includes plans and procedures and support agreements which ensure on-time availability and delivery of required products and services.

Responsibility for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
Each department of the Company is responsible for preparing current and comprehensive Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for its operations. Certain departments, such as Information Technology (IT), are also responsible for Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) to ensure that any damage or disruptions to critical assets can be quickly minimized and that these assets can be restored to normal or near-normal operation as quickly as possible.

Business Continuity Policy Updates
Each plan is being verified annually with the business continuity policy compliance process through the BC/DR Team. The Company is exposed to potential risks that could appear and the completed BCP procedure is approved, tested and implemented to ensure on-time availability and delivery of required products and services.
